Very friendly when I walked in; clean, lovely waiting room. I didn’t have to wait long. Tori escorted me to my exam room; very kind & professional. Dr Mitchel & assistant came right in, listened to my concerns; examined me; treated me very professionally; took excellent care of my skin. She recommended lotion after my shower,etc. and I was done! Exiting was easy too. Doc came out to me after my exam to look at another spot on my face that I had mentioned in my registration to be sure it didn’t need treatment. Wonderful experience!!

The front office person was pretty curt and not very inviting. I really liked the doctor and the nurse, but the first impression of the front office member that gave me my intake forms had me nervous about what to expect from the doctor. Luckily, the nurse and doctor were fantastic. She might need some extra training on courtesy and using please and thank you. First impressions are so important.
