Dear PA Beadles and her assistant Kelsey,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you both for the extraordinary care I received during my recent cyst removal procedure.
At 54, I've carried a genuine phobia of doctors and hospitals for as long as I can remember. Walking into your office that day, I was bracing myself for the worst — I'd been dreading this procedure for weeks. What I experienced instead was nothing short of remarkable. The removal of what was a fairly large cyst on my neck was completely painless, and I was genuinely surprised to find myself chatting comfortably with you both throughout the entire process. I never thought I'd say this about a medical procedure, but it was actually a pleasant experience.
Beyond the physical relief of having the cyst removed, you gave me something I didn't expect to find: a little more peace with doctors and hospitals after decades of avoiding them. That's not a small thing, and I'm genuinely grateful for it.
Please know how much your kindness and skill meant to me. You've changed how I think about going to the doctor, and that's a gift I won't forget.

My husband and I have left this practice. We chose it originally because a PA we had at UF Derm had gone there to work. Unfortunately, recently in a discussion with Dr Mitchell my husband found out that it is their practice to schedule basil MOHS treatment out to up to 8 weeks and squamous out to 6 weeks after biopsy results. This gives the biopsied specimen all that extra time to spread. Researching on the internet we learned that the recommended time frames are 4 and 3 weeks respectively. To us it appears that the practice values money over their clients’ welfare. He got an appointment with the new practice we chose in Gainesville within a few days. They removed the stitches from his ear, did a MOHS treatment on one diagnosed from this practice and it was removed within a few days for the first visit. They also biopsied 2 other areas on his face that are squamous. Their removals are scheduled this week and next week and after that one is to be removed from his hand which was removed and biopsied as squamous as he had the first one removed by his eye removed. The new practice is great!!

I highly recommend Stephanie Anuszewski, PA for dermatologic care.
I was a new patient who had not had a skin exam in more than two years.
I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment and the convenience of the location of the Chiefland office.
The reception staff were very polite and thorough.
The Medical Assistant was very pleasant and reviewed my submitted information.
Stephanie was very thorough in her skin exam. She answered my questions, suggested sunscreen usage, and treated an area of irritation.
I was very happy with her care and highly recommend her.

I’m a new patient to this practice. Five stars from start to finish. The office was clean and welcoming. The representative at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. The medical assistant and physician were both kind and professional. Dr Lloyd has quite an impressive résumé. It’s great to have such a qualified physician in our small community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was prescribed isotretinoin and went back to pharmacy several times to follow up with my isotretinoin. It was not confirmed for release. Happened twice already. Tried to call and escalate and nothing was done to resolve it.

Dr. Mitchell was very thorough and explained everything that she saw when examining me. I recommend that everyone see a dermatologist in this day and age of toxic chemicals in our food, air, water and soil.

Dr. Mitchell is the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She addresses all of my concerns is extremely thorough.
